Every business owner must eventually answer a crucial question: What happens when I step away? This forum will explore different exit strategies that ensure business continuity, financial security, and legacy preservation.

We will highlight generational succession through the inspiring case of Peotraco, a company who just celebrated its 100th Company Anniversary,  that has successfully transitioned leadership across four generations and will be represented by its Chairman Eric Kaw. Attendees will gain insights into how family businesses can maintain stability while adapting to modern challenges.

Additionally, the forum will also discuss professionalizing a business, selling shares while retaining management control, and transitioning from founder-led operations to a corporate governance model, in the case of Wofex/Peptarsus, represented by Chairman Boydee Dizon.

Beyond family succession, we will examine alternative exit strategies, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and management/ employee/private equity/hedgefund buyouts which will be shared by Risewell Singapore Strategy consultant
Arnold Santillan.

Panel discussions will provide practical guidance on preparing a business for external investment, structuring leadership transitions, and mitigating risks. Whether participants are planning to pass the baton to the next generation, bring in professional management, or execute a public offering, this forum will equip them with actionable insights to craft a well-structured exit plan.
