Refund & Cancellation Policy

Finality of Sale: All seminar ticket sales are final. In accordance with DTI guidelines, refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" or subjective dissatisfaction once the seminar has commenced.

Attendance: Once a participant has joined or attended any portion of the seminar, the fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable.

Transfers & Credits: Tickets may be transferred to another individual or converted into credit for future seminars, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

Organizer’s Obligations: In the event of seminar cancellation, significant rescheduling, or failure to deliver the service as advertised, participants are entitled to a full refund or credit, pursuant to RA 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).
