He is the Former Executive Chef of St. Luke's Medical Center, Bonifacio Global City. A Back to Back Overall Champion of the Philippine Culinary Cup (2013-2014). And was previously the Lead Chef for the Flavors of the Philippine Islands, Brussels, Belgium 2007. He is also a Fellow - United States Department of Agriculture - Cochran Fellowship Program.
