Chef Ernest Martin is currently the President of Chapter Coffee Roastery and Café Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in the coffee industry as a barista, coffee roaster, and business owner.
He has also served as a consultant for major companies such as Nestlé Professional and Dean & DeLuca Philippines, and is an international sensory judge for barista championships.
He is also a former faculty member of the University of Santo Tomas and Lyceum of the Philippines University.
