This intensive one-day course will give you the practical skills and knowledge to confidently bake a range of European-style breads and patisserie products at home.

You’ll be guided through every stage of the process by our expert chefs.

No baking experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a willingness to work alongside other food lovers to make delicious breads and pastries. This is the ideal class for those looking to develop a more rounded set of baking skills.

Topic 1 : European-Style Bread Baking

In this class, you will learn and experience how to make international breads of different styles and textures. Discover mouthwatering recipes that you can easily make in your own kitchens, whether you are an experienced baker, a budding home baker or a first-time baker.

Topic 2: Dessert Buffet : Creating Patisserie Mini Desserts

4:00PM-7:00PM

Learn how to make variety of desserts in one seating. This hands-on class will teach you how you can impress your guests and customers by catering to their sweet tooth. It's a class you wouldn't want to miss.

- aprons and specific tools/utensils (depending on requirements of the class) will be provided as part of the kit which participants can bring home. The list will be provided with the kit.

- all ingredients and finished products are good for take away

- all other tools and equipment such as silpat, measuring spoons and cups, pans, induction cooker etc. that are not part of the kit provided to you are for in-house activity use only. Please do not take them home.

- you can purchase any of the tools that were used upon request to the organizer

- please leave your areas as clean as when you started and dispose off trash in designated bins

- strictly no cancelation upon registration.

- no refund for cancelation as kits are all pre-ordered
